## Summary

Beautiful new East Hampton home with heated pool and grill. 4 bedroom 3 bath house is perfect for families and groups. We have 3 WFH set ups.

Pool is open 5/15 to 9/30. Our home is a 5 min drive to bay beaches and 15 min to ocean beaches. The house has central AC/heating, high-speed WiFi, WFH desks, and fully stocked kitchen. RR #: 21-807

## The space

The living room flows into a family room stocked with board games and a large screen smart TV in an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room seats 6 comfortably on an extendable dining table. Enjoy a BBQ with the outdoor grill and outdoor dining set or lounge by the pool. There are 3 WFH set ups (desk and chair) in bedroom 1 and 3 and in the finished basement (not pictured) for your convenience.

## The neighborhood

Enjoy the tranquil and serene neighborhood of East Hampton Springs. Bay beaches are  just a 5 min drive away and ocean beaches are 15 min drive. The town of Amagansett is 10 minutes away, village of East Hampton 12 min, and Montauk is 20 min away
