There are so many amazing restaurants and bars in the neighborhood that I can recommend. My home is located right next to Zaca's, Peaches, Saraghina's, Chez Oscar, Casablanca and many more.

## Getting around

The house is a 5 minute walk equidistant to both the C subway train at Kingston/Throop and the A/C subway train at Utica.  The home is 20 minutes to lower Manhattan as well as JFK Airtrain at Howard Beach via subway.
