## Summary

Our newly renovated home in Hither Hills has 5 bedrooms & 5.5 baths on over 1 acre of land. Featuring a new open kitchen, a 50-foot pool with a hot tub & an outdoor deck with sliding glass doors welcoming natural light into the living & dining. The master suite is upstairs,  while the other 4 bedrooms are on the ground level, 2 of which have ensuite baths. The lower level has a pool table, ping pong & media area. Within walking distance of the beach & with access to 4 private ocean parking lots.

## The space

The house is light filled with skylights, double-height spaces, & lots of sliding glass doors. All bathrooms are brand new with slate tile floors & hand-blown ceramic tile walls. The interior living areas have hardwood ash floors. There are three dining areas: the kitchen bar, the indoor table that comfortably fits 10, & the outdoor deck that can accommodate another 8.

## Guest access

Guests are able to enjoy and access the entire house including the gardens, the pool & hot tub, both the gas & wood grill as well as the lower level playroom with a large-screen TV viewing lounge, a billiards table & championship ping pong table.

## Good to know
