The river stairs directly on the property are not maintained for guest use. Please use the nearby community river access instead. River currents and water levels can change quickly, so please use appropriate caution and closely supervise children and pets around the water. TRAIN SOUNDS An active railway passes through the Skykomish Valley, and trains can occasionally be heard from the home, including at night. There is no crossing horn at the property. Many guests find the distant sound part of the valley's character, but light sleepers may prefer earplugs.
