The space offers a comfortable king suite with a private en suite bathroom (featuring a soaking tub, shower, and Japanese bidet), along with a welcoming living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto either of the two private balconies to relax and take in sweeping views of the Cincinnati skyline. ## The space Trekløveren is a triplex completed in 2025. The architectural design of the building is part Bauhaus, part International with a touch of Brutalist Revival. The interior design for the units is a blend of Japandi, Boho, and Modern Scandinavian styles. The Nest is a 600-square foot, private one bedroom suite that occupies the entire second floor of the building. Its two private balconies (one extending from the dining area, the other from the bedroom) provide sweeping views of the Ohio River, Northern Kentucky, and Downtown Cincinnati. The main room offers a living area, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a dining area with seating for 8 people. The bedroom has a king suite with a simple walk-in closet and en suite bathroom.
