# Guest Cancellation Policy

### Long-term stays* (30+ nights):

- Free cancellation within 24-hours: if booked 14+ days before check-in.
- Free cancellation 30+ days before check-in.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in: one (1) night becomes non-refundable for each day that has passed since the 30-day point. For example, cancellation 29 days before check-in results in a 1-night penalty; cancellation 15 days before check-in results in a 15-night penalty.

### Short-term stays* (29 nights or fewer):

- 24-hour grace period: Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and check-in is 14+ days away.
- 30+ days before check-in: Full refund.
- 7–29 days before check-in (after the 24-hour grace period): 50% refund of the accommodation fare plus 100% of taxes on the refunded nights.
- <7 days before check-in: Refund of pro-rated taxes only; accommodation fare is non-refundable.

Please email concierge@rovetravel.com for any questions regarding cancellations. This policy is effective on all reservations made on or after November 19, 2025.

**Note: Reservations cannot be cancelled after check-in. All applicable payment processing fees are non-refundable for all cancellations. Rove's service fee is not refundable for partial refunds. Cancellation requests must be made by 4:00pm in the property's local time zone or will be treated as received the next day.*
