The first unit boasts parquet flooring and an open layout connecting the living and dining areas. The master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and two bedrooms with full-sized beds all feature air conditioning and dedicated workspaces, with the master bedroom providing a cozy lounger and large TV for relaxation and entertainment. The third bedroom includes a separate entrance and daybed.
The second unit offers two bedrooms—a master with a king-sized bed and a second bedroom with a full bed. A versatile third room serves as an office with yoga setup and a daybed that converts into two twins, perfect for relaxation or accommodating extra guests. The apartment overall features four full bathrooms, two fully-equipped kitchen, and a shared access to a secluded back patio, a city oasis that's accessible year-round thanks to a convection heater, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine.

THE ROVE PROMISE
Cancellation Policy
Rove has the following cancellation policy:
- All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
- Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
- Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy
Stays of 30 Nights or Less: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.
Hold and Release Information:
- The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
- Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
- Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.
Stays of 180 Nights or Less: $10,000 credit card hold upon check-in.
Hold and Release Information:
- The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
- Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
- Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.
Stays of 6 Months (180 Nights) or Longer: One month’s rent as a cash security deposit, payable via bank transfer.
