Can I use my property while partnering with Rove?
Yes! Rove owners can enjoy their properties during vacancies between bookings. You can also book your home annually for personal use. Please note, primary residences are not currently allowed, and Rove reserves a minimum 8-month rental commitment.

Rove administers an industry-low flat service fee on the reservation total, varying based on service level and plan selection. Additionally, a 10% guest-paid fee is collected from guests on bookings made directly at Rovetravel.com, compared to Airbnb’s 15% fee. Owners onboarded before March 1st, 2024 were grandfathered into lower guest-paid fees on Rovetravel.com.
