Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy

1 To 3 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

3 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.

A cash security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent is required to cover any property damage during your stay.

I can't recommend this place enough. Love overall vibe of this studio. Clean and cozy and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet, and very close to everything you need.

My stay at this excellent loft was fantastic. I've had an amazing time working from home as the workstation had great views of the neighborhood. All the amenities are available and ready to use. I appreciate that Rove defintely provided a customer service experience on a whole new level.

This was the perfect home away from home. The daylight pouring in from the huge windows made the whole place so inviting. The location was ideal as there are local shops and restaurants just around the corner. I would love to stay here again!

I loved every minute at the apartment! The wood-burning fireplace added a cozy vibe. Being in the heart of West Village provided tons of options to shop and dine. Rove team's customer service was top-notch, making the check-in process seamless.
