All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

1 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 180 Nights or Less: $10,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

We stayed at Rove’s place for our month-long visit to Brooklyn, and it was truly wonderful. Modern appliances and thoughtful touches throughout, we were incredibly comfortable during our stay. Great location and proximity to the city, and parking our rental car was never too much of an issue, which is great for Brooklyn! Would love to return for a future stay, thanks for everything!

We stayed at Rove's beautiful apartment for 5 weeks while our place was being renovated. They were very responsive and spent time with me to show me around the apartment. The apartment was comfortable, clean and fully stocked with everything I needed.
