Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

1 To 3 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

3 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.

Amazing location, lovely apartment, and super responsive host. Fantastic all round if you want a clean, modern 1-bedroom close to transportation and every amenity.

The apartment is in a lovely part of Park Slope, is an easy walk to the park, and is a half block from the R train. It is located on the backside of the building so there is no street noise and looks out on some trees and gardens. The kitchen was well outfitted if one wanted to cook and everything was clean and in reasonably good shape. The bed was extremely comfortable. But there were a number of things that required fixing, including the electric shades not working, issues with the hot water, and problems with the washing machine. They were very responsive but I did find it a hassle to have to keep asking for repairs.
