Cancellation Policy

Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy

1 To 3 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

3 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

6+ Month Stay Length

A cash security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent is required to cover any property damage during your stay.

Stays of 6 Months (180 Nights) or Longer. One month’s rent as a cash security deposit, payable via bank transfer.

This penthouse is comfortable, quiet, and very spacious. It's in a great location near plenty of parks, restaurants, and convenient to trains to get anywhere in the city. Rove was is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Nicely furnished place in a great location. Spacious apartment and the roof was big too. Had a great time here with some friends, we really enjoyed the city.

Outstanding place in a great location. The service was excellent and everyone was extremely helpful. We came with 2 families, total of 7 people and had an amazing time. Would recommend this spot. We will definitely be back.

We just returned from a 1 month stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. It’s as photographed, spacious and also quiet. The location is fantastic - a great springboard to the sights of the Village, Soho / Noho and Union Square areas.
