Cancellation Policy

Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Up To 1 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 30 Nights or Less: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

1 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 180 Nights or Less: $10,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.

This property was amazing. It is on the dearer side but worth it. Host is very responsive and helpful. There is a security deposit component to be aware of which was something we have not had to do before but after seeing the property i can appreciate why. Overall fantastic.

This house was beautiful and uniquely designed and decorated. The host were very helpful. It’s an older house which gives it the charm, but a couple doors had issues. No parking at the house. Parking garages are expensive but it’s New York. Over all great place to stay.

Host was proactive in communication and helpful. Property is beautiful, well stocked, and clean. A/C on couple floors was out but host communicated proactively to let us know of timeline for repair. Keep in mind full bathrooms are on master on 2nd floor and on the 3rd floor. Our stay was great, loved the outdoor spaces which is hard to come by in nyc.
