Overview

A truly unique light filled full-floor apartment in the most interesting and fun block in Bushwick. Two full bedrooms, a smaller kid’s bedroom and an extra pull-out couch area! Also a super social kitchen/dining, that opens to a living room, making a really comfortable and airy hang-out space. Half a block from the L and a few more from the M trains (Union Square 20 mins away!) The apartment has two full bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one with morning light and the other with evening light - whichever you prefer). One room has an additional comfy pull-out sofa for 2 extra guests, and then there’s a smaller single bedroom (max 7 people). In the middle you’ll find an open kitchen, dining, living area - great for hanging out with friends, and also lots of light from the above skylight.

Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

3 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Fabulous apartment with amazing amenities. Fully stocked kitchen and great bathroom too. Brilliant location with the best bars, cafes and delis all within a 5 minute walk. Rove were extremely communicative and any queries we had were quick to put right. Cannot recommend this place enough for the value and the quality it provided us for a long term stay.

The apartment is amazing, it is bright, spacious and very clean. It has two bathrooms one with a bath, the rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. We felt at home. Our hosts were very responsive, as soon as we had a question, we were sure to have the answer within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is popular but safe.
