All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

The apartment was immaculate and its layout bright and airy. Having ensuite laundry facilities allowed us to travel light. The apartment is well situated. Prospect Park market is just at the end of the block every Saturday. Keep an eye out for the amazing selection of fruit and vegetable stands along with the wonderful products at Lost Breads. Un Posto Italiano is one of the best Italian cafés I’ve ever encountered in North America and is only minutes away. The Rove Travel Team was friendly and quick to respond. Recommended.

The apartment is in serious need of updating. The furnishings, bedding, towels, dishes all are in need of replacing. The bed pillows wear extremely old and stained yellow. There were only three bath towels,and the bath mat was very old and deteriorating. The bedroom blind was not working. There were several missing kitchen cabinet handles and very thin yarn used in place of handles. We asked for new bed pillows and two were delivered. There were no wine glasses and we asked for some. They were delivered within a couple of days. Someone came to fix the bedroom blind, but it was not fixed - they use safety pins. Could be a nice apartment if it was refurnished and properly maintained.
