Cancellation Policy

Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy

1 To 3 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

3 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

6+ Month Stay Length

A cash security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent is required to cover any property damage during your stay.

Stays of 6 Months (180 Nights) or Longer. One month’s rent as a cash security deposit, payable via bank transfer.

Hold and Release Information.

We stayed in this apartment for a 3 month duration due to working in the area. Everything was wonderful during our stay. The apartment looks just like the booking photos and was very clean and tidy. The Rove hosts were extremely accommodating (with a quick response time) with anything we needed or any questions we had throughout our stay. Communication was excellent! If we are ever in the New York area again, we will contact Rove again for all of our lodging needs!

Great private outdoor spaces and so many windows for the times you can’t go outside but want to feel like you are. Truly a unique apartment in a concrete jungle! Thoughtfully designed and well stocked, we enjoyed our stay and will look to Rove again in the future as we already have stayed at a few of their properties.
