Cancellation Policy

Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

1 To 3 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

3 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.

Elana’s place is stunning! Beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, very functional living areas - we especially loved the tv room upstairs which doubled as a safe play room for our 1 year old during our stay. The two bedrooms are nice, with a big walk in closet off the main bedroom. The area is very walkable - it takes 5 min to talk to Vanderbilt Ave with tons of cafes and restaurants and stores, and it’s under 15 min to Prospect Park. Highly recommend staying at Elana’s place. Communication was prompt and she was so nice and kind to us throughout the stay.

We were shocked to find that Elana’s home looked just like the stunning pictures of the place! The home feels straight out of a magazine. Gorgeous place, great location. Elana was a fantastic host- even surprised us a celebratory bottle of very nice champagne! Very much looking forward to staying here again.

Elana's place is beautiful, comfortable and cozy–truly a dream come true! What makes it even better is Elana's excellent and thoughtful communication. The neighborhood is great and there are fabulous restaurants and more in every direction. It's been a true pleasure to stay here and I can't recommend it more highly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elana or her place. The apartment (HUGE for Brooklyn) was exactly as it looked in the photos and was JUST what we needed for our one-month visit with dogs. The backyard made everything so easy!! The location is fantastic -- a 5-minute walk from all the great restaurants and bars on Vanderbilt and 5 minutes from the train on Fulton. And 15 minutes from Prospect Park and the Botanic Gardens. Perfect!!<br/>Elana could not have made us feel more at home, even from far away! SO UNBELIEVABLY responsive!! Kind, thoughtful . . . the BEST!! Would highly recommend the entire situation!!
