Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

3 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.

Lovely location, beautiful photography, and pleasantly clean. Being so close to Washington Square Park is like a dream come true.

Our best Airbnb accommodation experience. The host and Rove's concierge team were always there when you had questions or needed anything. The location in the heart of Union Square was perfect as there were lots of nearby places to explore, and limitless dining options all within walking distance. The home was fully equipped with everything that you need. It was very relaxing to have a very spacious home, living room, and the beds very very comfortable. We will book this place again on our next visit to NYC.

The location is perfect, close to Flatiron, Union Square, and all major subways and the PATH. Rove is very responsive to all your needs and takes care of any issues very quickly (I didn’t have many) The space is clean, safe, accessible, and made my long stay comfortable and a home away from home.
