This property requires a cash security instead of a credit card hold, held by the owner of the property. The security deposit schedule is as follows:
- 1-3 months lease - security deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent
- 4-6 months lease - security deposit equivalent to 2 week's rent
- 7-9 months lease - security deposit equivalent to 3 week week's rent
- 10-12 months lease - one month security deposit

Cancellation Policy
Rove has the following cancellation policy:
- All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
- Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
- Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy
Stays of 30 Nights or Less: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.
Hold and Release Information:
- The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
- Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
- Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.
Stays of 180 Nights or Less: $10,000 credit card hold upon check-in.
