This 1,500 sqft gem features a cozy living room decorated with plants, a wood-burning fireplace (not usable) and a skylight which fills the entire space with natural daylight, exuding old New York charm. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats up to 6 guests, a loft space above the living room with a private closet, workstation, and a comfortable sleeping nook with a full sized bed. Please note that the loft has no door, but is very private. The master bedroom features two twin beds set up as a queen, and an extra sleeper sofa in a walk-through room from the master bedroom. For safety and convenience, this brownstone building features security surveillance and staff upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Rove has the following cancellation policy:
- All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
- Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
- Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy
Stays of 30 Nights or Less: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.
Hold and Release Information:
- The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
- Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
- Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.
Stays of 180 Nights or Less: $10,000 credit card hold upon check-in.
