Rove has the following cancellation policy:

All reservations made 14 days before the check-in date are fully refundable for 48 hours
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled greater than 60 days before the check-in date
Reservations between 60 and 30 days from the check-in date can be cancelled for a credit towards a future Rove booking within the next 12 months.
Reservations cannot be cancelled less than 30 days from check-in.

Security Deposit Policy

1 To 3 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 89 Nights or Less. $2,500 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information.

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.
Cash security deposits will be reimbursed within 7 days if no damages or unpaid charges are observed during the first inspection, typically within 72 hours of check-out.

3 To 6 Month Stay Length

A refundable credit card hold is required to cover any property damage during your stay. This hold will be placed 48 hours before your arrival.

Stays of 90 to 179 Nights: $5,000 credit card hold upon check-in.

Hold and Release Information:

The hold will be released within 2 days after check-out if no damages or unpaid charges are found.
Replacement holds will be made every 7 days until released 48 hours after departure. It may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account after release.

6+ Month Stay Length

A cash security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent is required to cover any property damage during your stay.

We rented this apartment for a month and had an outstanding experience. It's spacious, attractive, well supplied and comfortable. It's located two short blocks from the subway and Manhattan Avenue where there are shops and restaurants to meet all needs and wants. Rove Travel which manages the property dazzled me with their quick responses to my questions and unfailing willingness to help. They were terrific. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future.

This was such an amazing place to stay! Very clean, the place is incredible looking, and it’s walking distance from a ton of places! The host was incredibly helpful, kind, flexible, and responsive. I would for sure stay here again.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this newly constructed and designed home in Brooklyn! The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and amenities. The Rove staff was exceptional, providing great service and going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The property itself was stunning, with modern furnishings and attention to detail. Being one of the first guests to enjoy this newly constructed gem made the stay even more special. I must commend the property management company, Rove Travel, for their professionalism and responsiveness throughout my visit. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Brooklyn. I would definitely return for another stay without hesitation. Thank you for making my trip unforgettable!
